My name is Nina. I have worked with entrepreneurs throughout my career, from the humble creative with a brilliant idea to the extraordinary visionary who believes the sky is limitless. It has given me the courage to learn from my successes and failures, pick myself up and do it all over again, which has led to becoming a consultant and coach, and my latest venture, Align the Dots.

My mindset is moulded by an engineering education. I find comfort in organising, planning, scheduling and being as prepared as I can. Ten years working in East Africa has taught me that nothing ever goes according to plan; it can sometimes go even better, but prepare for the worst too, just in case.

​

I have also learned that to get the best out of people, it takes conscious leadership. It has led me to finding my perfect playground: the connection between structures and processes and values, vision and purpose, the building blocks of organisational culture.

 

Where am I from? Legally, I’m Swedish. Culturally, I'm a mishmash of French, Swiss, Kenyan and Swedish. If you want our sessions to be in French, Swedish or English, it would be my pleasure. The beauty of my origins is that I can understand people from all kinds of places with unusual journeys. But kindly, don’t ask me where I’m from, I never know what to answer…

 

For years, I have worked on letting my creativity seep through, slowly rounding off my inner engineer’s edges. I found that a great avenue to express my creativity and spirituality is through words that I occasionally publish on Medium.
